Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms of Service” or “ToS”) carefully before accessing or using our website and any related applications.

DLVidTik™ operates dlvidtik.id, a free Download Video Tiktok service primarily intended for users located in Indonesia. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of dlvidtik.id and any DLVidTik™ Download Video Tiktok services.

  2. The country, state, or locality where DLVidTik™ is located or operates (including, in particular, Indonesia).

Intellectual Property

(1) Trademark

DLVidTik™ respects trademark rights and complies with applicable trademark laws and regulations. Our trademark DLVidTik™ is created by DLVidTik™ and may be used only for and in relation to our DLVidTik™ Products and Services and the dlvidtik.id Download Video Tiktok platform.

It should be read as a single, seamless word without reference to any individual or entity other than DLVidTik™. When using, mentioning, or referring to our services, the dlvidtik.id platform, or DLVidTik™ Content and Materials, please follow our policy:

  • Use the exact format DLVidTik™ as a single word, without any space, division, or separation among its constituent components and without other variants.
  • Never associate our trademark DLVidTik™ with, and never confuse DLVidTik™ with, any other individual(s), entity(ies), application(s), website(s), goods, or services that do not belong to DLVidTik™.
  • We reserve all rights in and relating to our trademark DLVidTik™ against any misuse, misrepresentation, or infringement in any form.
  • We encourage and appreciate anyone who informs us of any suspected misuse, misrepresentation, infringement, or non‑compliance so that we can handle it appropriately.

(2) Copyright

DLVidTik™ respects copyrights and complies with applicable copyright laws and regulations.

  • Users are responsible for the content they use with DLVidTik™, including any links they paste on dlvidtik.id or in any related DLVidTik™ tools.
  • DLVidTik™ provides support to Users to download information/content based on links that Users paste on dlvidtik.id for the legitimate interests of the Users.
  • We only display “original” content that Users have already posted on websites, pages, or networks of service or social network providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right, in accordance with relevant laws, and that they comply with their own intellectual property obligations in relation to the content they post and download.

  • DLVidTik™ does not back up or archive Users’ content for any reason.
